How to become a pharmacy technician in Maryland
- Register with the Board: fill out application and pay registration fee
- Pass background check
- High school diploma, GED or currently enrolled in high school
- One of the following:
- PTCB Certification -OR-
- NHA Certification -OR-
- Complete a Board-approved pharmacy technician training program
- Renew registration annually
